Field of work

My main area of research is pharmacoepidemiology, oriented to describe the beneficial and harmful effects of psychotropic drugs in ordinary practice; randomized controlled trials, oriented to assess the efficacy and tolerability profile of psychotropic drugs in experimental conditions; systematic reviews, oriented to summarize clinical trial findings using meta-analytical techniques, the production of evidence based guidelines, covering the pathway from knowledge production to knowledge uptake in clinical practice.

Main ongoing project: Pharmacological and psychosocial treatments for obsessive-compulsive disorder in adults: development of a database of randomized controlled trials and network meta-analysis
