The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated public health measures was initially framed in medical and epidemiological terms, shortly followed by economic considerations. However the pandemic and its management also have major social and psychological consequences that need to be researched and taken into account in official responses. In this presentation, two different aspects will be more specifically covered.
