I am a paediatrician with a keen interest in respiratory health, clinical research and public health in children. My research focuses on improving asthma diagnosis in school-age children by combining physician surveys with real-world clinical data from the Swiss Paediatric Airway Cohort (SPAC) with a special focus on the role of lung function tests in clinical practice. I am also involved in the Swiss newborn screening programme for cystic fibrosis, managing the database and entering clinical data. I also contribute to the annual report submitted to the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG).
