I am an epidemiologist with a clinical medicine background, currently a PhD candidate at the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine (ISPM), University of Bern, within the Child and Adolescent Health Group.

My research focuses on the use of routinely collected clinical data for epidemiological research, with a particular emphasis on the Swiss Paediatric Airway Cohort (SPAC) and the Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN). I work on the integration, harmonization, and validation of multi-centre electronic health record data, and on assessing its suitability for research, including data availability, completeness, and concordance with traditional data sources.
