Field of work

I’m the Research Team Leader of the Paediatric Routine Data group and involved in multiple Swiss Personalized Health Network related projects e.g., national paediatric data stream SwissPedHealth. I’m the PI of the Growth study, a retrospective cohort study that analyses routinely collected data from paediatric oncology clinics and registries from birth until late adulthood from Switzerland, Portugal, and Slovenia. I co-lead the International Guideline Harmonisation Group guidelines for underweight, overweight, and obesity, and I’m part of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP) Nutrition network to develop nutrition guidelines for patients. My research focuses particularly on nutritional intake and nutritional status during and after cancer treatment.
