At the CEPH team, we come from diverse academic and professional backgrounds and typically work on our individual studies or small groups within research projects. To foster collaboration across the group, we launched a new annual initiative: a two-day retreat during which we join forces to tackle a shared scientific challenge.
Beyond advancing research, the annual project serves as a valuable team-building experience, providing opportunities to strengthen communication and organizational skills, learn from one another’s expertise, and work together toward a common scientific output that can be shared with the broader community.
