Registration is now open for the Public Health Sciences Course Program

25.03.2023 – The structured course program in the Public Health Sciences (PHS) aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of Public Health and develop competencies in key research methods and applications.

The program is recommended to PhD students working on public health-related topics who want to get ready for a post-doc position in academia or an organization close to science. It is also suitable for post-docs, clinicians, and public health practitioners who want to learn about specific public health topics or methods.

The program is highly interdisciplinary, with scholars from several faculties contributing. The program consists of two modules and four themes. Single-course attendance is also possible.

Register now to join the fourth PHS course program cohort in 2024. Next Module 1 course Introduction to Public Health and the 4 Themes will start in October 2024.

In spring 2024, the program will offer several in-depth Core Method courses:

-> Basic Biostatistics in R

-> Introduction to Epidemiology and Study Designs

-> Diagnostic Test Evaluation
